  • Processing membership fees, payments, and billing inquiries

  • Membership Applicants (Rejected): For six (6) months from the date of application rejection
  • Former Members: For three (3) years after membership termination for financial and legal compliance purposes
  • Health Records: In accordance with applicable healthcare regulations in Nigeria
  • Transaction Records: For five (5) years to comply with financial reporting and anti-money laundering regulations

After the applicable retention period, we securely delete or anonymize your personal information unless we are required by law to retain it for longer.

Our services are not intentionally directed at children under eighteen (18) years old without parental or guardian consent. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information without proper consent, we will take steps to delete such information and notify the parent or guardian.
