This is a bi-annual event held at both our Abuja and Lagos Branches. It is an Aerobic spectacle which is open to all members and non-members and also to sensitive the general public on the importance and benefits of exercise and good health.

Different celebrities attend this event some of which are KAFFY the dance queen and Teddy A. It is a fun-filled occasion with lots of activities like Dance, Step Aerobics, Bollywood dance, HIIT, Stick aerobics, Yoga amongst others. An endurance contest is held as well and the winner is given a special prize.
