Ecofitness Fittest and Strongest

The Fittest Man/Woman Competition stands out as one of Ecofitness’ signature events, designed to celebrate strength, endurance, and overall wellness within the community. Held on August 24th, 2024, at the Ecofitness Hub in Gwarinpa, Abuja, the event featured exciting challenges ranging from weights and endurance to cardio, flexibility, push-ups, core strength, and the strongman/strongwoman contest.

It was a fun, engaging, and communitydriven experience that brought together both members and non-members in the true spirit of fitness and camaraderie. Winners were rewarded with cash prizes and Ecofitness goody bags, while participants and spectators alike enjoyed an atmosphere of energy, encouragement, and unity. This event not only showcased outstanding athletic performance but also reinforced Ecofitness’ commitment to promoting wellness, inclusivity, and community-building through fitness.
